Jason Greenberg Motamedi, PhD is a researcher and mixed methods practice expert at Education Northwest. His research supports educators and policymakers through researcher-practitioner partnerships to use data to聽听补苍诲听聽among diverse students, and聽. Greenberg Motamedi is currently collaborating with the聽听补苍诲听快活app官网聽to identify and support evidence-based practices to increase teacher diversity, such as聽grow-your-own聽teacher programs. Greenberg Motamedi leads the evaluation of Oregon MESA, which includes ongoing formative evaluation, and two studies looking at MESA鈥檚 impact on improved聽听补苍诲听聽rates. He also leads the evaluation of three Office of English Language Acquisition National Professional Development grants in Idaho, Oregon and Washington, which support teachers as they earn teaching credentials for teaching language learner students and in dual language classrooms.
